Objectives

This assignment addresses the following course objectives:

• CO# 1 - Initiate the DNP project.
• CO# 2 - Manage project implementation and monitor intended and unintended outcomes.
• CO# 3 - Describe and report project implementation progress.

Instructions

In this assignment, you will draft the “Measures” section of your final written deliverable. This section should include:

• A concise summary of the methods that will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the practice change.
• Identification of metrics that were measured.
• A description of tools or instruments used to collect data and permission to use (if required).
• Do not include graphics or tables.

Submit

Submit the completed assignment as a Word document.

• The assignment should be 1 to 1 ½ pages in length, not including the title and reference pages.
• Follow APA 7th formatting guidelines.
  • Use level 2 headings to identify each measure (if more than one).
