• CO# 1 - Initiate the DNP project.
• CO# 2 - Manage project implementation and monitor intended and unintended outcomes.

Instructions

 In this assignment you will draft the “Project Implementation” section of your final written deliverable.

This section should include:

• A detailed description of the intervention. The reader should be able to reproduce your project based upon this description.
• Discussion of the plan to submit for IRB review.

**Note: This section will undergo revision upon completion of the project. In that revision, you will identify that the project did undergo IRB review and was found to be exempt. You will also add a discussion of any modifications that were made to the intervention/implementation and discuss why these were necessary and how they were managed.**

You have already gathered and evaluated the evidence to support your intervention in NU 801.

• In Unit 9 you identified your proposed intervention.
• In Unit 12 you critically appraised this evidence through the creation of a matrix table.
• In Unit 13 you created a portfolio of your evidence.

Now, you will use that work to summarize the key evidence and insights that support your chosen intervention.

Submit the completed assignment as a Word document.

• The assignment should be 1 ½ to 2 pages in length, not including the title and reference pages.
• Follow APA 7th formatting guidelines.
