ElaineLBiowatch is out there, sensing the air and using PCR to try to find signs of anthrax and other agents. In the attached article by Curtis Chan and Erica Pan, the authors discuss what WOULD happen should anthrax be detected. Are we ready for this? Do we have plans in place to protect ourselves?
In this research assignment, read the attached article which briefly mentions what occurred when a false alarm affected the Pentagon's mail facility. What has been the Pentagon's response to this? Is a better plan in place now?
I'd like you to follow it up with some research investigating other cities or towns that have published their own plans, and see how they relate to the plan that you have come up with.
