 For this Discussion, review the Learning Resources attached below. Create a fictional case study of a client with an addiction disorder that affects at least two life domains.  Provide the following information:

• Type of addiction and what is the source of the addiction (e.g., cocaine, alcohol, nicotine)
• Describe the client’s ethnicity
• Describe the client’s relationships
• Describe the client’s current health
• Describe the client’s social life
• Describe the client’s psychological well being.
