bridging), and discuss how your friend might use them in an upcoming negotiation. 

3.  Please describe a hypothetical dispute between two or more people. List and briefly describe the steps you would go through as mediator for this hypothetical mediation. 

4.  Please describe a hypothetical dispute between two or more people. Compare and contrast how mediation and other ADRs would address the dispute.
