You will need to install the following software:

1. OpenCV 3.1 or higher
2. Python IDE
3. NumPy 1.13 or higher
4. SciPy 1.0 or higher

Your assignment is to read the attached document and (based on what type of a machine your local machine is) follow the instructions to:

1. Install OpenCV 3.X with Python (2.7 or 3.X versions), NumPy, and all other libraries and image data needed.
2. Download the latest OpenCV version from: https://opencv.org/releases.html 
3. Try implement what is on page 11 (Reading, displaying, and saving images)
4. Create a Jupyter Notebook for your presentation.
