A major objective of AI is to automate decision making and/or to support its process. This objectives holds also for decisions made by groups. However, we cannot automate a decision made by a group. All we can do is to support some of the steps in a group's decision-making process. So, a logical place to start is Figure 11.1 (You can find this on page 614)

Question: To examine the different steps of the process, mention the nine steps of where AI can be used in this regard and describe four of them vividly.
