This assessment focuses on the development and presentation of your professional portfolio as an ePortfolio.

Assessment C, please include a minimum of the following elements covering learning and reflection, assessment, and accountability:
· A welcome “landing” page with your name, introduction and background, main mission/vision, and an overall guide to the portfolio. This should be the first thing your audience sees.
· A page/section/s related to your personal and professional identities, values, and your professional philosophy of practice
· A page/section/s that recognises your strengths, achievements and evidence against your chosen professional standards, competencies, or other evidence. You can use reflective examples from your practice here e.g., a de-identified patient case study in which your involvement led to positive outcomes.
· A page/section that justifies and outlines specific developmental/learning objectives and strategies aligned with your vision and professional philosophy.

4- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN – Refer to assignment B – Strategic Capacity Building.
· In this section, identify your developmental and learning needs for the future and proposed objectives and strategies for meeting these needs.
· You should identify feasible and specific learning activities that are measurable in the short, medium, and longer term.
· Again, you can adapt information that you have already compiled from Assignment B.
· Add/incorporated more information – regards the feedback you got from your marked assignment B – eg. Needs for clinical/professional supervision both internal and external supervision.
