Bethuel Best Only Supervision paper 3

The paper is missing several sections:  

1.  It is not up to the length requirement 8 to 10 pages

2.  It needs additional references7-10 references

3.  Analyze how your counseling approach relates to and differs from how you approach supervision.

4. Examine and discuss the specific supervision model(s) you draw from and how you conduct (or will conduct) supervision within this framework.

5. Discuss your own developmental level as a supervisor and how this impacts your view of supervision and your personal supervision model. 

6. Discuss the significance of being a multi-culturally competent supervisor who will have supervisees from diverse backgrounds and cultures and how your own cultural background might impact the supervisory relationship and process.

Again all of the above sections are missing.  Please advise if you need more guidance.
