Benefits of tea/how people use tea

Assignment: A research paper about how people use tea, specifically it's benefits. Thesis: about tea being used medicinally, then it's more daily uses: caffeine in tea, and aiding with sleep. Intro with a brief introduction of the discovery of tea (who/where/when). 

REQUIRES: thesis+intro paragraph, minimum 3 subtopics, conclusion. Minimum 3 references (no wikipedia/blogs etc), 3-5 pages long, double-space, 12pt.
