2. Provide examples using 2015-2019 scholarly sources, not text books or websites) on how this model (Behavioral Health Model is used in mental health
3. Provide examples of the various versions including graphs or pictures of the revised version (who revised the Behavioral health model, what is it call etc.)

How does it provide? I am not really seeing that you have really defined and described the model and how it is applied to practice. Make those connections.
