While in the restroom, you hear two individuals entering.  You recognize the voices as two members of the Human Resources Department.  They think they are alone in the bathroom.  You overhear them discussing the upcoming layoffs and that your co-worker, Carl is going to be laid off at the end of the quarter which is in two weeks’ time. Carl is a good friend of yours. Do you tell him? Why or why not?  What are the factors that influence your decision?
