I need at 150-word comment on my classmate’s discussion

Alexander

Good Evening Class.

Cialdini –

The 6 principles of influence was really good it made a lot of sense to me.  I like his massage about principles of consensus that people do what everyone else dose the majority of the time.  He also mention persuasion is a science.  He made good points about people trying to influence others with fabricated information and that we should be on lookout for that. He make a good point when he says people want to be influenced by people who are similar to themselves, same thoughts same ideas.

Pfeffer –

Believes the idea of power is difficult to people to understand or accept.  He says people think power is used in a bad way and not good.  He have to have in a bad way in order to succeed in life. In his teaching he tries to give people example on how power is all around them in their everyday life.  He makes a good point as well.

I am going to say that Cialdini is more persuasive then Pfeffer even though he brings up good point Cialdini comes with research and fact not just everyday examples.

They both have the same message they just deliver it differently, in my opinion.
