There are many students that struggle with language disorders and/or language impairment.  You will see language impairment in students with Autism, sensory integration disorders, and certainly students that are ruled Intellectually Disabled.

Research and seek out a strategy that incorporates who, what, where, and when and discuss how this strategy might be used with students in an elementary setting AND in a high school setting.
