write the background + introduction to case study in finance ( not writing the actual case study)

Also in the documents attached you will find the case proposal of for the case study. It includes: company, issue, case summary. 

• Establish the direction and critical content of what follows 
• It should appeal interesting to the reader 
• It should show that the case study is worth the effort to read it 
• Unique and provocative 
• Show the issue explicitly 
• Set the the scene without being too descriptive or detailed 
• The scope of the story around the issue becomes tangible 
• 1500 words
