In Module 4, we learned about CRM software platforms, including common features, criteria for evaluation. Further, we reviewed resources which provide information about CRM software available to companies.

1. For this assignment, consider the scenario where your manager would like you to provide an overview of CRM software platforms for the overall management team.

2. Create a PowerPoint presentation which includes the following:

· Explain what is CRM software and how utilizing a CRM software platform can benefit the company. Be sure to explain how using a CRM software platform ties into the overall CRM plan for the company.

· Describe common features of CRM software.

· Describe the various criteria that can be used to evaluate CRM software platforms.

· Choose three (3) different CRM software platforms

· Describe each, including major features, pros/cons, etc.

· Compare any differences between the three (3) CRM software platforms

· Choose the one (1) CRM software platform that you would recommend

· Discuss why you would recommend that CRM software platform

· Provide a few screenshots of the dashboards available in that CRM software platform
