 a) Conduct an audit of three international airports from different geographical regions including Birmingham Airport comparing and contrasting their response to touchless travel b) Complete a SWOT Analysis of Birmingham Airport in relation to touchless travel to determine good practice and gaps in their service c) Propose recommendations and strategies on how Birmingham Airport can enhance the passenger experience using touchless travel
