The Leader's attitude helps determine the attitudes of the followers. Attitudes are contagious; as a leader, you need to possess a great attitude not only for your success but also for the benefit of your Soldier, team, and leadership, your attitude is a choice. Your responsibility as a leader must always be viewed in the light of many, not just yourself.
