Choose a film that contains a weather phenomenon. Watch the movie! Choose a weather phenomenon to research (if there is more than one in the film). Use books, news articles, websites, and scholarly articles to learn more about the science behind this phenomenon (minimum of three references). Please DO NOT cite Wikipedia pages, though they may be a good start to steer you toward more appropriate references. These should be quality-relevant sources. To determine this, you can use the CRAAP test VIDEO. Write a 4-5 page paper 1.5 spaced review of your movie and how the weather has affected it.  

It will address:

-How was this film related to weather? How was weather used to move the story forward?

-What is the science behind the phenomenon you chose to research?

-How well or poorly did the film depict the reality of this phenomenon?

-At the end of the post make sure you include your references (minimum of three) cited in a consistent style (APA).

Write a 500-700 (or more) word blog post or webpage that will include your findings from your paper.  Make sure that it includes:

-How was this film related to weather? How was weather used to move the story forward?

-What is the science behind the phenomenon you chose to research?

-How well or poorly did the film depict the reality of this phenomenon?

-Make sure you include appropriate graphics/videos, embedded into the post. Also, hyperlinks to appropriate pages can be useful as well.

-This will also include references used specifically in your blog post (i.e. movie/game name and company, weather information used in a blog post, information on any graphics used).

At the end of the post make sure you include your references (minimum of three) cited in a consistent style. The specific style is APA.

For ALL references cited, provide a 1-2 sentence justification of why this source is credible and relevant. Consider the CRAAP Test.
