Athletic Governing Body

Each student will research two sport governing bodies. This could include governing bodies at any level of sport, from the NCAA to FIFA to the IOC or USA Field Hockey

Provide a brief overview of each organization you have selected. 

Then, discuss relevant governance information for each (e.g. mission statement, organizational structure, responsibilities and duties, management objectives, constitution, etc.). In this section the reader should understand how/why the organization operates. 

Using the information gained, compare and contrast the two organizations in each area. Be sure to utilize course resources and locate additional external resources to support your work to help you evaluate the two organizations.
