Open and download the Purdue Leadership Self-Assessment tool and complete it honestly for yourself. In your original post I'd like you to identify two areas (these are the sections highlighted in gray) such as "Is self-aware" or "Practices ethical behavior" and why you selected it. Hint- look at the questions you answered for each category and the ones with the highest number of "do not do well" could indicate areas where you have room for professional development going forward. 

You do not need to respond to other classmates' posts but I do want you to read no less than 25% of your classmates' posts because I think it will be fascinating to see where we are alike and where we differ. 

You will need to post your response before seeing that of others.
