In a 2 page paper  explore your legal and ethical requirements as a  counselor according to your state's laws(MY STATE IS TEXAS).  Compare or contrast these  requirements for school counselors and mental health counselors.

Assignment 2

In a 2 page paper, compare and/or contrast Psychoanalytic techniques and Person-Centered techniques of counseling.

Assignment 3

Refer to the Case  Study on pages 195-196 (2016 edition of textbook, hardcover).  Give  5 places in the transcript in which the counselor used the 5 techniques  with client, Ginger..  Identify the words used, tell which technique the  words demonstrate, and discuss if you think the technique was an  appropriate technique at that time.
