Week 4 Assignment: Analyze Planning after Disasters 

In a presentation for city, municipal and state elected and appointed officials that investigates disaster management at a city hall or at county executive office select some major policy actors who could be assembled for the task of planning from the bottom up after the major devastation.
 

Within your presentation be sure to address the following:

• Provide rationale for the selection of each policy      actor.
• How will these specific people aid the community in the      midst of devastation?
• What should be the plan should any of the key      individuals be killed or disabled by the disaster or other event?

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
 

Support your presentation with at least five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
 

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
 

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
