Assignment: Analyze Challenges to Global Compensation

Research peer-reviewed journal articles to identify and analyze at least three challenges that organizations face related to determining global compensation. Select challenges that represent both internal and external pressures. Assume you are the director of HR and must communicate your findings in an internal electronic memorandum. This document will be shared with your HR team leads that head both domestic and international departments.

After discussing these challenges, present viable solutions for each challenge. Be sure to consider the diverse nature of a global workforce, including virtual employees. For example, how would an organization compensate an American employee working from another country and a native of that same country?

Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
