 As a company implements a TQM strategy, consider all the changes that need to occur. Using your organization, explain the difference between how a company may solve problems versus its process of decision making. How could the PDCA cycle be applied to your organization? How can the company use Quality Function Deployment (QFD)? Why might the company want to use quality tools before employing a statistical process control (SPC)? And finally, how does the company implement a continuous improvement strategy?
