Assignment #4 - Point Paper #2 (Implementation)

From the assigned readings you should now understand that implementation of an information system is at best a difficult task.  The company you work for has decided to implement an ERP system (please see the slides and readings to insure you understand ERP).  You have been assigned the task of making a couple of recommendations as to what the company might do to make the implementation and consequently the information system more successful.

Using the point paper format, provide and justify your recommendations.  Please follow the instructions fully and use the assigned point paper format.  As with all assignments, put the information in your own words and do not cut and paste from any sources.
