The assignment is on Surveillance State. You need to pick up a question and investigate on it. The purpose of this assignment is to pick a topic for your paper. The topic should be of graduate level not a survey. Investigate an important question. 

The paper should contain Abstract and a 750 word paper with at least 5 references. Please read the attached document before picking upon a question to investigate
