Research and review 5 peer-reviewed scholarly articles to support a Power Point presentation on the following:

Reflecting on a real-world situation, based on your current or previous organization, how have your superiors handled the individual and group behaviors? What would be the next steps? Provide recommendations and best practices that you would consider advantageous for the success of the organization.

The PowerPoint presentation should include the following:

Introduction (overview of the paper)  

• Body (discussion on how the literature relates to your paper)  
• Summary  
• Recommendations and best practices  
• Conclusion (concluding remarks)  
• References (3 recent peer-reviewed scholarly articles) 

Include speaker notes for further explanation of each slide. No more than 10–12 slides are necessary. All submissions must be in APA format using Times New Roman and 12-point font.
