 For this assignment, you will discuss how a company begins to build a culture of total quality management by discussing partnering, developing a customer focus, and empowering the team. How does partnering contribute to the culture of quality management by pooling resources, sharing costs, and cooperating? How does an organization go about establishing a customer focus? If you were the quality manager for this company and the employee empowerment effort had been your idea, how would you have gained a commitment to it from the management team?
