Identify a project you have worked on, or can find out about (articles,  interviews with people in your professional network, etc.)

Find out more about the different types of iterative/agile project approaches (Scrum, Kanban, prototyping, etc.) and how they are different from the traditional waterfall approach

Identify the project methodology that was used on your chosen project.  Then think about how it would have been different using one of the other  methodologies.  Compare the methodologies using information you have about your project.  You will have to predict what might have happened using the alternative methodology, and compare it to what did happen.

Based on your analysis, did this project use the most appropriate approach?  What project features influence your choice?
