In this instance, the police officer used his discretion which resulted in the outcome you see in the video. Please answer the following questions:

1. Was the level of force employed by the officer justified based on the events as you saw them unfold in the video? Why or why not?
2. Was there an abuse of discretion involved here? Explain your response.
3. Do you see any ethical violations based on the officer's conduct?
