Create a 15- to 20-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation discussing the nutritional needs during a person's different life stages (pregnancy, infancy/lactation, childhood, adolescence, adulthood-younger and older adult). Include the following in your presentation:
- Define nutrient (key nutrients needed at each stage), energy, and fluidneeds during each life stage.
- Discuss why these nutrients are of special concern during each life stage.
- Identify physical activity recommendations during each life stage.
- In addition to the above, also discuss the following topics for the specified stages of life:
- Pregnancy - weight gain recommendations
- Infancy- benefits of breastfeeding and growth rate
- Childhood - helping kids develop healthy eating habits and bodies-how can you combat the picky eater
- Adolescence - nutritional issues seen during this stage
- Adulthood - aging and factors that affect it
In addition to the slides for the body of the presentation, you also need to have a title slide, an introduction slide, a conclusion slide and a reference slide.
Include detailed speaker notes that discuss the bullet points of each slide. Remember, the speaker notes are your presentation.
Include a reference slide with citations in APA format. In addition to the textbook, at least 2 peer-reviewed articles need to be used to support the discussion.
