We all know the importance of getting good grades. From time to time, an instructor will make an error on a students grades and in most cases, the student will call it to the instructor's attention. What should one do when the opposite occurs? What should you do if too many points are recorded for you on an exam or an assignment? Is there a quasi-contractual obligation to notify the instructor? Why or why not? What are the legal, business and ethical ramifications of one's action, or inaction, at this juncture?
