 In a NASPAA accredited MPA program, it is expected that graduates will develop an understanding of the challenges and opportunities created in the international context of public management and policy making. Gooden (2014) argues that “confronting a nervous area of government is a challenge for public administrators internationally” (p. 193). Compare and contrast strategies for eliminating racial inequities employed by government organizations in the United States with one those used by one other democratic nation. Based on what you have learned, present those strategies that you would recommend to nations committed to resolving structural inequities among minority groups.
