 Organizations utilize either a closed or open system. Discuss the differences between closed and open organizational structures. After discussing the differences in the two systems, select one type of criminal justice agency (e.g., law enforcement, courts, corrections) and identify which type of structure the organization uses and explain why this structure is appropriate for that agency.
