M2A2 Term Project: OutlineIn this course, you will complete a term project that will be based on an area of interest with regard to managing change. This term project is due in Module 8.

In this module, you will submit an outline of this project.

In your outline, be sure to include the following elements:

•  1-2 paragraphs describing a brief overview of the project

•  Your intended thesis statement

•  An outline of the proposed project (For example, introduction, key points, conclusion, etc.)

In addition, be sure to demonstrate a clear understanding of the organization to be studied, the challenge requiring a change intervention, and the change strategy that will address the challenge as discussed.

Additionally, detail any issues or challenges you foresee related to the term project along with any assistance that your instructor can provide in the coming weeks.

Compose your work using a word processor (or other software as appropriate) and save it frequently to your computer. When you're ready to submit your work, click Browse My Computer and find your file. Once you've located your file click Open and, if successful, the file name will appear under the Attached files heading. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Submit and you're done. Be sure to check your work and correct any spelling or grammatical errors before you post it.

Review the SBT Textbook Activity (Weekly Assignment) Rubric located in the "Start Here" section of the course for more information on grading criteria. This assignment comprises 5% of the total course grade.
