Understanding Weber's Bureaucracy is probably the most important concept

1.   a) Analyze a bureaucracy in which you are a member and show how it meets Weber's criteria for an ideal bureaucracy. I need to see that you examined all of the parts named in Weber’s ideal bureaucracy.  If you are not currently employed use a previous employer or if you think a previous employer is a better.        b)      What type of leadership role did you experience there?
