 You are the project leader in charge of organizing your community's Fourth of July celebration parade this year. In previous years, the parade has been a favorite and well- attended community project. If the previous project leader was no longer available and you must begin this project with no expertise or guidance, determine the key steps that you would take to initiate organization of the parade. Support your response with three examples of how your leadership style would drive your actions.
