Assignment

  There are two parts to this assignment:
1. Identify the leadership style for your current place of employment. If you are not currently employed and do not have a supervisor, please draw on previous experiences where you worked under a supervisor. Do you consider this leadersip style effective? Why or why not?
2. State the leadership style you would use if you developed your own, personal leadership style to utilize in this current place of employment. Why would you use this style?
