Read Case #3 in the Tanglewood Stores Casebook. Answer the following questions: (long file is attached, but you read only case 3;-)

1. Evaluate data related to Tanglewood’s historical recruiting methods to determine the effectiveness for each method. Use the case data in your responses.

2. Use the information obtained in the answer to #1 and provide recommendations for how Tanglewood should recruit employees in the future

 In your answers use the recruiting data from the case and appendix to support your recommendation. Successful answers will apply these data effectively.
