There has been an ongoing debate about using cell phones and texting while driving. State your own position on these issues in a well-reasoned post of not more than the equivalent to one double-spaced typed page.  In particular include the following points:

• State whether you think there should be laws against either cell phone use or texting while driving.
• State any other solutions to the problem of this wide-spread practice.  Be sure to support your claims with factual evidence and well-reasoned arguments, including internet sources, following the critical thinking guidelines from your textbook(A Workbook for Arguments by David Morrow and Anthony Weston, Hackett 2016).
