Assignment

Write about two of your relationships where there's conflict. One paragraph should be about a personal relationship and one should be about a professional relationship. 

Then...

1. Apply the concepts from the Language and Conflict lecture by explaining which type(s) of conflict is present in each situation. 
2. Apply the concepts from the Language and Problem Solving lecture to briefly explain how abstraction is being used in each conflict. What qualities of the person, thing, or event are being focused on? Which qualities are being ignored?
3. Apply the concepts from the Language and Problem Solving lecture to state the conflict as a two-valued argument. Then, choose ONE of the conflicts to problem solve using multi-valued orientation.
