1-Background: The project Bank Overseas is an initiative to prepare the TMS Bank to rise its operations in a global and competitive environment. The leadership of the project was designated to a global team with resources in Brazil, Canada and Germany. There are 10 people allocated and the manager is a 20-years-experienced Canadian engineer supported by a plentiful of resources in budget, infrastructure and telecommunications.
2-Issue/Problem: The team is multicultural and split in genders. There are opened differences between some members related to sexual orientation and there is a real risk other differences rises among the project team from the cultural diversity.
3-Main point: The project leader must track all personalities and skills of the team members and develop a team charter stating the objectives, team members responsibilities, frequency of meetings, rules and penalties, conflict resolution process.
