Privatization of government corporations, yes or no?

The Medical Center is a set of hospital institutions administered by the government of  Puerto Rico.

Instructions:

You should argue about the following three (3) questions:

1) From the point of view of economic security, do you think we should privatize the Medical Center?

2) Do you consider that more or less government intervention is needed in the management of the Medical Center as to what services to produce, how to produce the services and for whom to produce them?

3) Do you consider that the privatization of the Medical Center would improve or worsen the efficiency of the management of your hospitals?
