The Department of Homeland Security has made significant contributions to aiding the intelligence community and the Department of Defense in their prosecution of the Wars on Terror and Violent Extremism. Do you find that the Office of Intelligence and Analysis along with USCG Intelligence, the two members of the Intelligence Community within DHS, are adequately resourced to perform their respective functions? If so, what have been the major contributions? What would you have improved or sustained? The same applies to failures: what would you have improved and why?
