• What are the major drivers or motivators that influence your  performance at work, at school, or in social situations? How are these  related to content or process theories of motivation?
• How would you go about determining the best way to motivate a group  of your employees who you suspect have different drivers or motivators?  What process theory of motivation could you employ to help you with this  challenge?
