From what we know, a sustained 74mph wind within a vast oceanic storm system indicates a hurricane being present.  There are five different categories for hurricanes in which all represent different speeds and give insight to possible destruction.  Now it's time for you all to think, innovate, image and critique. 

1. Explain based on what you've read & watched, what are some preventative measures that you think could be implemented to minimize future destruction in regards to human life? 
2. Also, (given that you have the complete free choice) explain what would be your course of action if a category 3 or higher hurricane was headed towards your town?
