As a project manager, you have been tasked with developing a risk analysis of the cultural impacts of your organization.

• Write a paper with a minimum of 3-4 pages that aligns the goals of the organization with the culture.
• Specifically, discuss the Trigen Function and the three different types of risks associated with bias.
• Provide examples and reflect on how a company can minimize risk bias and maximize performance.
• Also, discuss how the organization would conduct a risk interview.
