83 year old male in an assistive living facility comes to the nursing station and is C/O pain. He states increased pain in his right ear and decreased hearing. He denies ear discharge. He endorses vertigo for 7 months that is precipitated by sudden changes in head position. His weight is down 5 pounds since last week to 105 pounds.
