Assessment for reading instruction

Review any reading data from assessments given in your school this year. This data does not have to be from your students if you do not teach reading. You may obtain this information from any reading teacher.

1. Upon reviewing the data do you notice any trends within the data of the students that do not score well? What were they?
2. Give ONE strategy you would use to try to remedy any weaknesses you saw in the data. (Understanding that the strategy would be used over a period of time, not in one session)
